We all use simulation differently, but some scenarios really stick with learners and translate into performance changes.
What’s one simulation case you’ve used that led to noticeable changes in student performance (confidence, safety, decision-making, communication, etc.)?
What made it effective—scenario design, debriefing, fidelity level, or something else? What would you change if you ran it again? Did you formally assess the impact?
