    The research and seasoned simulation educators say debriefing is where the real learning happens-but it's also one of the hardest skills to develop.

    What's your approach to debriefing in simulation for PT/PTA students?

    • Structured model (e.g., PEARLS, GAS, advocacy-inquiry)?
    • How do you handle quiet or disengaged students?
